I approach counseling as an opportunity for accelerated growth. This begins with feeling understood and listened to. From there, we can build on your strengths to work towards your goals. I use techniques from a variety of therapeutic styles to best address my clients’ unique situations.
I hold that each person is uniquely suited to be the expert of themselves. As such, you can expect from me genuine respect and acceptance. Everything you feel ultimately makes sense; uncovering why naturally brings insight and opportunity for growth and change.
As a Christian, I know how integral one’s beliefs can be. If you come from a faith tradition, we can discuss how best to integrate your beliefs in the counseling experience.
